We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery and completion of successful assembling of the Product at your designated premises. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us (along with supporting pictures) at email@example.com. Upon receipt of your intimation, our technical representative shall visit your premises to inspect the furniture which you claim is defective. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the Product page on the Website carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms.
The Product may be returned in case of occurrence of one of the following reasons:
- Damage of the Product on arrival; or
- Manufacturing defect in the Product; or
- Incorrect Product being delivered.
If in the opinion of Sihasn the Product is defective, the Product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of Sihasn, to address the issue.We may offer replacement or refund for any defective items within 15 business days of the receipt of the Product in our warehouse, provided that Sihasn is of the view that the Product delivered to you is defective and not repairable. In other words, once Sihasn is of the view that the Product is defective in accordance with the Terms set out herein and that the refund is accordingly, approved by Sihasn, the customer shall be in receipt of the refund within 15 business days in his/ her account from the date of such approval.
